1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Snapkar Technology is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on Snapkoo. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or exploitation.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Snapkoo:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any activity that violates local or international child protection laws

Any user found engaging in such activities will face immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

3. Reporting & Moderation

Snapkoo provides in-app mechanisms that allow users to:

• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Block abusive users
• Flag profiles or messages that violate policies

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken.

4. Action Against Violations

When CSAE-related violations are identified, Snapkar Technology may:

• Remove the offending content
• Permanently suspend or ban the user account
• Preserve evidence as required
• Report the activity to relevant legal authorities and child protection organizations

5. Compliance With Laws

Snapkoo complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

• Indian IT laws
• International child protection standards
• Google Play Child Safety Standards policy
