1. Welcome to Snapkoo

Welcome to Snapkoo ("Snapkoo", "we", "us", or "our").

Snapkoo is a platform that allows people to create personal timelines using photos, ages, years, and memories.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snapkoo website, applications, features, and services.

By accessing or using Snapkoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Snapkoo.

2. How Snapkoo Works

Snapkoo allows users to create a visual timeline of their journey by connecting photos with different ages or years.

1. Create a Snapkoo account.
2. Create and customize your profile.
3. Upload photos to your timeline.
4. Associate photos with an age or year.
5. Arrange and manage your timeline.
6. Share your profile or timeline where Snapkoo features allow it.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use online services under the laws applicable to you.

If you are not legally permitted to use Snapkoo in your location, you must not use the service.

By using Snapkoo, you represent that you meet the applicable age and legal requirements.

4. Your Account

Certain Snapkoo features require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account in a way that violates these Terms.
• Not impersonate another person.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Your Photos and Content

You may upload photos, profile information, captions, descriptions, and other content ("User Content") to Snapkoo.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, publish, or otherwise provide through Snapkoo.

However, you grant Snapkoo the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to store, process, display, resize, transmit, and otherwise use your content solely for operating and providing Snapkoo's services.

This permission ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, or legitimate operational purposes.

6. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Photos

Before uploading a photo, you must make sure that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload and share it.

You must not upload photos or content that:

• You do not have the right to use or share.
• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains malicious software or harmful code.
• Contains illegal content.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, bully, or harm another person.
• Contains inappropriate or sexually explicit material where prohibited by law or our policies.
• Promotes violence or illegal activities.
• Contains another person's confidential or sensitive information without permission.

7. Timeline Information

Snapkoo allows you to associate photos with an age or year.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate if you choose to represent it as factual.

Snapkoo does not independently verify the age, year, identity, location, or other information associated with a user's photos.

8. Public Profiles and Timelines

Some Snapkoo features may allow users to make their profile or timeline available to other users or the public.

If you choose to publish information publicly, you understand that other people may be able to view, share, or otherwise access that information.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Snapkoo to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or abuse another person.
• Impersonate another person.
• Create accounts for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Upload content that violates another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest user information without permission.
• Upload viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
• Abuse automated systems or overload Snapkoo's infrastructure.
• Use Snapkoo for scams, fraud, or deceptive activities.

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to User Content or accounts that we reasonably believe:

• Violate these Terms.
• Violate applicable law.
• Create a safety or security risk.
• Infringe another person's rights.
• Harm the Snapkoo community or service.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Remove content.
• Restrict content visibility.
• Suspend an account.
• Terminate an account.
• Block access to Snapkoo.

We may also cooperate with law enforcement or relevant authorities when required by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Snapkoo and its original software, branding, logo, design, graphics, user interface, features, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Snapkoo and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Snapkoo's proprietary materials without appropriate permission.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Snapkoo's intellectual property.

12. User Content License

Snapkoo does not claim ownership of your photos or original User Content.

By uploading User Content, you grant Snapkoo a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the features you use.

This includes technical processing such as image resizing, thumbnail generation, caching, backups, and delivery through Snapkoo's infrastructure.

13. Privacy

Your use of Snapkoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

14. Account and Content Deletion

You may request deletion of your Snapkoo account and associated content, subject to applicable technical and legal requirements.

Where available, you may also delete individual photos or timeline entries through your account.

Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate operational purposes.

15. Third-Party Services

Snapkoo may use third-party services for hosting, cloud storage, databases, authentication, email delivery, analytics, image processing, security, and other technical functions.

We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, or policies of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

16. Service Availability

We work to keep Snapkoo available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be:

• Available
• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Free from security vulnerabilities

We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical reasons, or other operational purposes.

17. Your Responsibility for Your Account

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that was not reasonably caused by your actions or failure to protect your credentials.

You should use a strong password and take reasonable steps to protect your account.

18. Disclaimer

Snapkoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that Snapkoo will meet every user's expectations or that your content will always remain available without interruption, loss, or technical issues.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snapkoo and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Snapkoo.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Snapkoo if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violated these Terms.
• Misused Snapkoo.
• Created a security or safety risk.
• Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Repeatedly violated our content rules.
• Attempted to harm other users or Snapkoo.

You may stop using Snapkoo at any time.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Snapkoo evolves or as required by applicable law.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of Snapkoo after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Snapkoo operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes will be handled through the applicable legal processes and courts permitted by law.
